A: On average, a cleaning takes 2–3 hours. We take the time needed to ensure your grill meets our high standards.  

A: No, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to an outdoor power outlet and water source.

A: We fully disassemble the interior of your grill, including grates, grease trays, and flavor bars. Each component is cleaned separately while we steam and scrub the interior. We finish by cleaning and polishing the exterior for a like new shine. 

A: No. With over 15 years of experience, we’ve developed a process that uses minimal degreaser and primarily relies on hot, pressurized steam to safely remove grease and buildup.
